I have decided to take on this challenge. I may not be able to post every day though.

But if you do relapse, I'd recommend not worrying too much and just getting another streak going. You went for ten days without porn. That's awesome! Maybe you can also figure out something that triggered your relapse and come up with an "antibody" against it.
Day 3/30 no PMO

Alright guys! I was really active on here about 2 years ago, but for whatever reason I just stopped logging in and gave up on quitting, and I've regretted it ever since. I've watched porn and masturbated twice in the last 24 hours, and at this point I struggle to sleep without PMO. I'm done living like this. Wish me luck!

Day 4/30 no PMO
Day 6 no PM.
5 days clean doesn't sound much but for me it is - last week I thought I couldn't even achieve 5 hours!!
Day 0/30 I thought I was doing good but I felt i was too close to edging so I want to reset and try again. So far this has to be the hardest thing I've tried to quit. I notice if i don't post first thing when I wake up it leaves the door wide open for me to P/M.

19/30. Actually had a "super-powered" day yesterday... I was just really exhausted when I posted. I'm past 7 days on "no PM". Things are getting easier. I'm about a quarter of the way through a personal 90-day "no P" commitment. I want to see if, by the end of my 90, I'm at a point where I can just keep going and not look back... not look at porn ever again.
I gotta admit, the first night was rough. I'm so used to PMO before bed that I couldn't get to sleep until 1 or 2am, and even then it wasn't especially restful.
I'm trying to stay busy and use up all my energy to avoid PMO. I cleaned my room today and checked off a bunch of things from my To Do List. I even managed to get some healthy meals in and do another workout before bed! This feels really good so far. No real struggle yet.
Day 5/30 no PMO
20/30. Getting easier. Actually trying to wrap my mind around the idea of going no-PM indefinitely. Setting it down and not looking back. More in my journal.
