30 Day Lite Mode Challenge

9/30. Been indulging in fantasy, which is kinda dumb, because it just makes things more difficult. Let's not do that today. Haven't given in, though.

 

10/30 Yesterday was hard. The "harmless fantasy" awakened the tiger and I was getting mauled. I was in the middle of a 2-day "No M" so no safety value. Ugh.

 

Day 9/30 Good day yesterday stayed busy and kept my mind where it should be. I will continue to no look at porn today.

 

11/30 There's a brief update in my journal.

 

10/30 yesterday and today have been hard, I have been tempted but managed to stay away but just barely. I'm hoping this gets easier. It seems like the more I'm stressed or bored the temptation becomes stronger.

 

12/30 Welcome @jager. It does get easier, @Mechdiesel.

I'm in the midst of a lot of drama about doing (or not doing) "No M". While I'm engaged with that, "No P" doesn't even come up for negotiation (ha ha).

 

12/ 30 No P or M today. Yesterday was another tempting day but I made it through.

 

13/30. My "Board of Directors" (I say this affectionately, not sarcastically) are urging me to abandon M as well as P. I've taken some small action on this (see journal) but looks like I must do more.

 

14/30. I've upgraded to No PM for seven days but my 30 day commitment here endures. How are you guys doing?
