30 DAYS CHALLENGE: NEW HABITS

    Hi, I was about to do this challenge and I thought it would be nice to share it with you, so anyone can join me in this hard challenge.

    I have my final exam in 30 days, and i want to stop losing time playing video games.. being lazy..

    The goal is to choose a certain amount of habits to keep for 30 days no matter what happens.
    Personally, my goals are: -No PMO (obviously)
    -Never fantasize (10 seconds rule)
    -Cold showers
    -Wake up at 8 everyday
    -Sport everyday
    -Studying everyday
    -Healthy Food
    -No Video games
    -Only watching interesting videos on youtube, and only during 1 hour in the evening
    -To continue my organic garden
    -To stop thinking about my height and to stop acting as it is a problem
    -To stop negative thoughts in general
    -To respect my values/ To be proud of me
    -To practice relaxation everyday
    -To face my fears

    I WANT TO STOP WAITING FOR MY LIFE TO CHANGE, BECAUSE IT'S MY LIFE WHICH IS WAITING FOR ME TO CHANGE!

    If anyone want to join, you are welcome, just write the habits/goal that you want to keep for 30 days.
