!!! Day 30/30 with cold showers !!!
I made it........something tells me that this would be the
start of wonderful experiences in my life.

 

Started cold showers yesterday. I'll be taking a cold shower every day, no matter what time it is.

Today is day 2, and I'll be taking another cold shower now. It may feel uncomfortable at first, but the feeling after stepping out of a cold shower makes it totally worth it! Delayed gratification is the key to success.

Cold shower with water on my heart from the front with 20 wim hof breaths then water on my heart from the rear with 20 breaths also . It's an easy routine to kick start your day . Try it .

Day 37 . Same routine every morning . It's great . I started intermittent fasting . 21 hour fast weekdays . Eat whenever and whatever I want the weekends

 

Well its 15-20 degree Celsius usually..

 

Just took another cold shower! Day 3/30 complete!

Great stuff my warrior brother . I was late for work today but I still got in the cold shower routine plus I'm 45 years old today with a no PM streak of 54 days . That's the longest streak since I started fapping back when I was 13 .
