Does cold showers not make you unwell? I.e catch a cold etc?

Yesterday I took a hot shower, so day 0 today. Even that it is hard to take cold showers at first, the benefits after are amazing, I definitely feel more energize through the day

Hello! I am going to hop in on the challenge. I didn't keep track of it, but last year in october/november, I did do only cold shower. Over December/Jan, I hit a slump and I am taking the challenge to get back into the swing of things.
Day 1/30 (I cold shower in the mornings)
Even though in the challenge description, you allow hot showers in the evening, I don't.
