The cold showers have became the turning point in this challenge. It's cold outside, the water even worse, so every morning when I enter the shower I have the opportunity to choose if I am going to fight for freedom, to become better, or just remain in my comfort zone. When I get out of the shower I always feel great, with energy, in control of my actions

Hey bro, just need to read the introductions on the first page (cold showers only, after 6 pm hot showers are allowed) and post your progress o this forum. Good luck and enjoy the cold showers. Honestly there are so many benefits
