    It's been 30 days since I committed to being 90 days PMO free. I had a close call but heard the voice telling me "no and walk away". I have a better grasp of my emotions and can think clearer. This forum has been a great source of encouragement and motivation.

    Good job. Hoping to get there myself in a couple of weeks. The first week for me was brutal, but after that it's been getting easier.
