So I've hit 30 days now and the changes I've had already are amazing. I've noticed huge changes both mentally and physically and a much more positive attitude towards the future. The changes include Improved mental clarity and focus A more alpha/masculine mindset and demeanour Less brain fog and anxiety Physical appearance is much better (I lift 3 times a week) I can feel my body and hormones rebalancing This is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of my recovery and I know there's a lot more I can do to improve myself and make this process easier. Keep going and stay strong guys! I had some hard days but you come out of the the other end a better version of yourself.
