I've had a couple of streaks of 42, 49, and now 30 (current streak)in the last 8 months but I am done for good. There have been some close calls but I'm never looking back. Though right now my life has been really hard because Ive been battling depression, and have been trying to achieve financial stability NOFAP has been pushing me through to fight another day with my overall life progress.

Hope this post motivates someone. We all need encouragement.

I hope so. I am struggling a lot at the moment.

I wanna relapse so badly. Constantly a voice in my head questioning if this is worth it.

Man those same thoughts come into my head too. Some days are are harder than others. I just keep on pushing in knowing that each day free leads to a better life. And that's brings us closer to break the addiction. Plus there are so many benefits too. Stay strong brother were going to get through this. Dont give up.

But why exactly does it lead to a better life? That is the tricky part.

Because I feel worse now than I did before. More tired and not as happy. I really hope it is just temporary and it is like every other addiction, gets a lot tougher until it gets better.

I think depriving our bodies of a harmful practice that it as now become extremely dependent on will cause some change. I really think things will get back to normal or even better in due time through our healing process. Some days are really hard and some days are great but like you said, you gotta get through the bad before you get to the good
