UPDATE: Hey my dear fapstronaut brothers! I did ruin my streak like a month ago and I started with a stupid habit again, but im on a streak again. I met one girl when i went out to a party with friends, after a fewdays i asked her to go out with me and have a drink. We had a nice time and everything was cool. Shee seems like a interesting girl and maybe gf material. I have to point out this THE PAIN YOU GONNA FEEL WHEN YOU MEET SOMEONE YOU ACTUALLY LIKE AND STILL NOT BE READY TO PERFORM IS SOMETHING WE ALL NEED. You wonder why? Because we need that slap in a face, like a wake up call. I know its going to take some time to seduce her so i got time to heal myself but i should've been ready already!! It is what it is, learn from past mistakes and make your future bright.

Couldn't agree more on the superpowers part. We don't get superpowers back, we just get to go back to being a "normal, healthy man" and they experience the good things in life that PMO addicts don't. Some of us started so young that we don't even know what it's like to be normal, so then it feels like superpowers.
 
When you say that girls feel that sort of energy what exactly do you mean?

Do the majority of people fap? Does being a fapstronaut feel unique to everyone else, does it seriously make you different?

Because I've always thought that the majority of people don't fap, and that we're just the minority of porn addicts.

We do get superpowers but it's called placebos. It's also we do get back to the way we were. Life in itself full of ups and downs. And pmo is just one means to hide negative or positive emotions.

If I can be more confident in my own skin I will be happy. That will be a super power in my eyes, after 2 decades of living mostly in the dark.

The reason you relapse is because you feel sensation after suffering from PIED for a long period of time and you want to test yourself which slows down the progress. Even when you feel that your D is getting back to normal, you have to ignore it and keep on going

1. When girls look at us they have sharp sense to see if there is something special about us, our energy, our aura soo when they sense it they just want to be close to that person
2. 99% of men fap, that's a fact! And yes we should feel special because we are in top 1%. No one said it will be easy, but it is absolutely worth it
 
UPDATE: Huge win! I noticed by accident that I started enjoying looking at girls smiles, eyes, smell etc. Before I used to sexualize them and only look at their boob* or as* but now that's not the case. Of course, we are all men and we do like curves but i made a huge progress and I enjoy in other things!
 
Going to bed at a decent hour is one of my biggest issues, and sleep in general.. I always allow myself to believe "I'll struggle to go to sleep if I don't do it", yet deep down I always know despite the stress release it makes little difference.. I want to make an effort to get into a better routine, and in particular less screen time before bed, which is generally the cause for staying up till close to midnight.
 
UPDATE: I was sitting in a room and I dived deep in my soul trying to figure out what is actually the root of my problem. Am I really an addict or there is something else? And I came to an interesting conclusion. Before I knew I had PIED I started a relationship with one girl and I didn't masturbate at all, after we broke up I started jerking of again. Until this moment I thought I was an addict but turns out that I feel incomplete because deep down in my heart I would like to have a good gf and to have a successful relationship. If I was an addict I would've jerked off even though I was in relationship but I haven't because I was happy having a gf, and since then I jerked off because I didn't find a good gf material and I was kinda sad. I won't be waiting to find a gf and then stop masturbating, I'll work on myself and when the time comes I'll be ready :)
