30 days hardmode completed,benefits so far

Hi Fellow fapstronauts,

Finally I have completed 30 days hard mode.It looked like impossible few days back but now its here.Finally I am eligible to post in ''success stories'. If there will be a ranking of top 5 PMO addict in the world,I would feature in that list.Such was the addiction that I have done MO in public.But God has helped me a lot.I will share my complete story only when I reach 90 days and trust me that will be one of a story full of emotions. For now I want to celebrate and continue in this wonderful journey.I want to help others with their struggle.
There are very few but confirmed benefits that I have seen in the first 30 days:
-Increased confidence
-Less Depression
-Better sleep(still a long way to go)
-Better productivity
-Better mood
-Time for your loved ones
-Less anxiety
-Bigger dick

Though I am naive and still learning I want to help others in whatever small way I can so I am also sharing few tips which helped me so far:
-Stay away from phone/social Media as much as you can specially in nights
-Exercise
-Take some multivitamins as MO depletes your body of essential nutrients
-Come back to nofap daily to read success stories,it will give your mind required motivation
-Do not imagine porn
-Reading- specially books on porn addiction and benefits of semen retention
- Take spiritual help-If you are spiritual now is the time to get back to your holy book and ask for forgiveness and help in this struggle

I want to tell you guys that no matter what do not give up.Its the most difficult battle of your life and you can win it.There is spring after this battle.Fight it out and victory is near.Never give up hope.I want to wish you all the best in your reboot
