    I would like to be honest with myself, I skipped meditation on Wednesday. One day means little, the important thing is not to lose the habit, but to maintain a certain daily routine in meditating. I would also like to increase the time in the coming weeks, I really feel the need.

    Hey, I want to tell something interesting for the ones interested. I've got this thing from another person. Meditate 24 minutes, a minute for every hour of the day. Set the timer on 24 minutes

    Substances are known to be used as one of the portals. You should use the substances, not the substances use you. You should be able to tap at any time in the state of mind which you desire. The substances shouldn't be a must, but a tool
