Decided not to count the meditation on weed soo... Day 6 meditated, streak 1
Day 7: meditated 10 minutes.
Day 7 kind of meditated before sleep, but was not in a straight position so I ended up falling asleep, at least this meant I slept really well. STREAK 2
Exactly.. Sometimes we forget that and start to obey the substance.
Otherwise I had some of my best, deepest meditations on weed, but that time wasn't the case so I just did not count it as a win.
Day 8: meditated 11 minutes.
I dont like to meditate , i get sleepy
Day 69-73: meditated

Day 9: meditated 12 minutes.
Okay so I've fallen off the wagon, missed meditation the last two days, and the quality of meditation(if it makes any sense) was not that good either for the last week or so, so I've decided to start from scratch.
Day 1: Meditated
Day 2 - I meditated this morning, my head is not very clear - it is hard to keep it quiet!
How do you peoples meditate?
I sometimes use the free headspace guide, and sometimes que up Ram Dass...
What's your practice look like?
Since the last time I posted I had reset the counter, so I started the count again:
Day 7: Meditated, for the first week of a new cycle of meditation.
It will be no coincidence that I skipped the meditation, and I also did PMO on the same days, now I find myself relapsing. I want to recover by increasing the time of meditation, also using it in daily actions, and no longer using the smartphone in the evening. It is the present that matters.
