    Day 1: meditated

    Just 10 mins. I think I will add 2 mins everyday until I reach 20 mins again

    I think I am going to try this. I as well have tried to make meditating a habit, however I have never been able to keep it up. I am going to try for 30 days.

  9. I’ve meditated everyday for over a year and for a couple years before that just not as consistently.

    I’m doing 20m a day now is my goal.

    I want to spend time doing my self hypnosis and guided meditations.

    I’m trying to do guided meditation to heal so I can train martial arts more consistently. And help others heal as well.

    my dream is to be a martial artist and acquire my black belt

    I feel my life purpose is to be a healer.

    whats your dream and true purpose in life?

    We try not to think. That's the whole point of meditation. To stay in the now. To be mindful. To stay calm and grounded.
