Could not do 3:50, guess I failed. Great challenge op! My abs are the strongest they've ever been. Thanks and good luck people.
No, you didn't fail, just continue the challenge until you'll get stronger and stronger!
ok. I'll make it to 30 days but I won't be able to make it to 5 mins
It will be a strengthening process in any case. Even if you won't reach 5 min, you'll definitely increase, day by day, your capacity to hold a plank. It's a very good exercise for abs and lower back, it should be done even after the challenge!

This is a brilliant challenge @Gankaku - looking forward to getting into the upcoming month!
Rather than stopping at the listed intervals, I'm just going to plank until I drop and see how my endurance improves.
