30 days PMO free!

I’ve been on and off NoFap for a long time. Usually I would go a week or so only to binge and be entrapped again in the addiction like a dog that returns to eat it’s own vomit. I hit rock-bottom and at that moment I would have rather died than be a PMO addict. I’ve been addicted since I was 14 and I’m 22 now. It’s not that I’ve had an unsuccessful life, but the PMO is a huge hinderance and stifles my potential. I will get onto the benefits I’ve seen being PMO free for 30 days.

1. Improved self confidence
2. Higher sense of well-being
3. Fetishes disappearing (I’ve become addicted to some sickening stuff, but I’ve realized it was porn induced and not natural.)
4. Easier to hold conversations especially with women
5. Voice more clear when talking
6. Significantly less anxiety especially in social situations
7. More strength and endurance during exercise
8. Dark circles under eyes disappearing
9. Skin looks more vibrant
10. Smiles looks more genuine and not fake like shrek
11. Able to take more pleasure in the small things in life due to the dopamine pathways being rewired
12. Social skills increased
13. Clearer thoughts
14. Mind not constantly thinking about porn
15. More respect from people

Honestly I could keep going on and on about the benefits I’ve received. The only downside to quitting is my body is trying to seek out dopamine through gorging in food, but I’ve remedied this with extremely long walks and runs.

Now to talk about the struggle. The first few days were actually easy. I started getting urges during days 23-28. I had to constantly remind myself how much my life has been destroyed by PMO and how it will take me on a road in the opposite direction of my hopes and dreams. Constantly remind yourself of the evil and the damages it will do to you. It is never worth it. I honestly believe porn is demonic. Since quitting porn I’m no longer getting sleep paralysis. That’s when the urges would get unbearable. I kept resisting the urges and eventually it felt like something left my body and the urges completely vanished. If you take anything from this, it is possible to quit, and your life will Improve significantly. You will start to remember what it feels like to be normal again. May God help all of us on the journey to clean up our lives and not be ensnared by the evil addiction of PMO.
