hey, i´m on a pretty good streak.. just past the 30 days..
after several streaks i´ve learned that social media, youtube is very much a trigger for relapsing.
if you can stay away from that, you´re allready half cured..
and the benifits are there, i swear.. grounded, selfassured, better sleep..
i´m checking back in on the 60th day..
keep the motivation.
 
Yes I realized that social media is danger and I used to take a look at Facebook, Youtube....now I just use Youtube because I need it without random brwosing.

It's great when we can identify our triggers. It's even better when we take action against them and use our awareness to benefit our recovery.

A lot of times people are able to identify their triggers, but yet do absolutely nothing to take action against them. Glad you're working this thing and putting together solid sobriety.
