30 year old, married, ready to be free from this addiction

    Hello everyone. I have been trapped in porn addiction for 15 years and I want to be free from it. I am watching more and more hardcore porn just to get off, and I am ready for it to end.

    I have tried quitting solo, and I cannot do it alone. I am looking for an accountability group to join and to contribute to. My wife deserves to best me, mentally, physically, and emotionally. Looking forward to being a part of this community.

    Thanks Heidelberg, I am not sure how to make one quite yet but am able to join a few groups. I am looking for an accountability group, will let you know if I find one.
