So Ive quit caffeine, pmo and all dopamine overkill raising shit and it was quite a ride, withdrawals are real and here I am. Still alot of improvements needed but atleast i am not at the begin of this dopamine healing journey.
Whoever wants a "fast recovery"
No social media besides youtube, just use some common sense.
No caffeine no green tea's. Dark whatever has caffeine, chocolate etcl
Less sugar.
No pmo obviously
Read books, go outside if possible and thats it. If one heightens dopamine, dopamine receptors cannot heal in that environment if you drink that caffeine. Just mark my words and you will be healed faster then you reading all those 2 years 3 years stories. Some aren't genuine and still drink that caffeine and wonder why they're stuck for 4 5 years while serious rebooters heal between 3-6-14 months. Just mark my words and do what i suggested here above. I seriously have all those great benefits but i want to keep it short and motivating. Keep going and be rational, aim for 3 months then 6 then 9 then 12. Just one step a day. Trust me and mark my words you will heal and leave this forever behind. Everything has the same mechanism on your receptors: downregulating.
The only way is up and that is only if you allow it to go up without bullshit like caffeine, fantasizing, etc yeah I had wetdreams all normal, body aches, pain, flu symptoms, anxienty, depression but the longer you go the easier it gets,
My hair grew back, sleep is better then i have ever slept in my entire life, my eyes are brighter, more confidence, and 100 things more but to keep it short
, its worth it.
Keep up the good work and dont consume the negativity, or read stories about 3 years still withdrawals because I tank myself up with caffeine.
Mark my words aim for 3 months then 6-9-14 and dont do the things i mentioned at the beginning.
