31 DAYS HARDMODE

Hello all! After my first ever participation at the March NoFap 31 Days Hardmode Challenge I came here to post my progress. So today was Day 1. No urges at all. Did 100 push ups plus some abs (front-back). Planning on doing those excercises for about 15 days then switch to something different or raise the numbers. No junk food today. Only some alcohol and cigars I will try and dicrease alcohol and nicotine consumption also day by day. Also did a 20 min run along the area and while running I was exploring the area around. Wish me luck!
 
DAY 2
No urges at all again. It feals like being in a flatline. Ofcourse I try not to focus on thoughts or other things I see around me because I dont want to trigger my mind. Same excercise plan also. 20 mins of run +100 push ups + abs (front-back). No alcohol. Istead drinked an energy drink

DAY 3
As of today I had little urges. Not something important. My chest was hurting a lot due to the push ups I did the last 2 days so I made it a rest day as of today's excersice. However I raised the running and made it to 30 mins today for punishing myself for not training the cest and abs. As I sayed no impprtant urges and feeling like a flatline for some reason. I think its very early for a flatline. No junk food consumed. Made the cooking today. Mini goal: 1 WEEK NO PMO!!
