    Finally I'VE hit 30 day no PMO target. In the beginning I was not sure if I can do this , but with the help of my AP's and emergency button (there is no shame in using it) im here.
    Changes I am feeling now -
    1. Increased self confidence
    2. More time available for things that really matter
    3. Definitely more happiness
    4. This is something new - earlier I used to look at problems in a different way and whenever I felt entrapped by any problem I used to fapp , reading psychology books and talking to AP's changed it and now I can think analyze and plan things to overcome problems I face.
    In the end I'm just gonna say - yes there is life without porn and it's better .
    Why waste your only life in watching porn and feeling all that guilt.

    Anjum. You need motivation to quit porn. If you will realize how porn destroys your personality and your life you will have strong motivation to quit it. You can start by watching TED talks channel at Youtube about porn addiction related problems, also you can read NoFap starter guide. And I strongly recommend to quit masturbation too. Masturbation is like a rocketfuel for your desire to watch porn.
