31 Days, P Mode

    31 Days! Observations:

    1) Sex is more enjoyable.

    2) I spend more energy on doing things for others. I'm enriching my life with memories of helping others, with surprising my wife with additional (often unexpected) help around the house.

    3) More pride in "me". I never saw my ideal self being a porn watcher. I am now closer to being the person I want to be.

    Thanks to this community, this journey has been a lot easier than I thought it was going to be.

    these are the things I'm looking for. I want to become more selfless, and I can start to feel that coming on after a week or two, but I ALWAYS relapse. This is getting exhausting.
