Here are the benefit I've got:
- clearer mind
- better anger management
- learning new things
- less mood swings

What I'm gonna do:
- when lying down, I lean on my back or right side
- do bodyweight exercises after ramadan ends
- never O (unless it's during sex)
- cut time spent watching TV and Youtube videos
- cut everything p-sub (porn substitute like girls in bikini)
- immediately ignore all sexual fantasies (like through transmutation)

NOTE
The first step towards having benefits is tough. I know that because I started nofap on Jan 4th and relapsed a lot this year.
I managed to be 32 day PM free on June 13th.
