32 days no PMO achieved - 1st time over 30 days

    Happy to announce I managed 32 days without any of the PMO - just had an MO but going to continue trying to keep abstinent from all of three. Just wanted to share / record on here. Thanks for reading

    Thanks a lot buddy - I feel more like I need a release again which isn't such a good thing. I also felt that urge to have a release to something that stimulates (i.e P) - so I have to work to try and suppress those urges!

    Ah but maybe channel those urges instead? I'm no expert, but urges aren't a problem when jogging...

    With you on that man! I've been travelling recently so have had plenty to see and do - and yep jogging is on the cards for sure, all exercise in general ;-)
