Well. Im back in the fight again, not focussing on the matter but trying to enjoy my time.
I dont know if this makes any sense but yesterday I was feeling ok until my ex popped in for a chat, trying to claw her way back into my life and I think she infected me with her negativity, ever since I felt down. I dont miss her, I dont hate her either, I am neutral but i dont like the negativity.

Maybe it's worth trying to avoid her while you are going through the initial stages of reboot. After you settle in to no PMO, you might be better equipped to deal with the negativity. That being said, in my humble opinion ex's represent the past and you are moving into the future, my friend. Maybe it's time to move away from that relationship completely if it is pushing you in those directions.

The withdrawal will hit you hard in a few days. You will still be horny and pop super boners. The urges are hell in the morning but you have to fight them. Your body will fight you. You will get headaches the shakes the shits maybe mood swings heavy legs etc. You are paying the price. As much as it hurts don't take anything for the pain. Let the pain purge you. You earned the purge.

    Day two

Kept myself busy with work most of the day. Keep getting pop up mental images of female genitalia. Trying hard to ignore that. About to go to sleep now. Will turn phone off and put in another room to reduce temptation. Going to read until I am tired to break the usual habit of PMO before sleep. Feeling the burn but I can handle it. Tomorrow will be day 3 :).

Hi All. Would you mind if I join you in the fight ? I am also 32 years old, and have been battling this on my own for 17 years now. I am a christian as well and hence would like to tackle this in partnership with others in the same situation and walk of life! My longest streak was probably 8 months 8 years ago now, and since then could only manage a month max. I am here to beat this for good, and encourage others the same way the stories on NoFap have encouraged me once more to fight and persevere to the end.

Learn from your mistakes, but as you said: find your own big motivation, your goal in life! Why are you standing up each day? What do you wanna look back when you are dying with 103 years old? ;)

Then be aware of your mood and make a plan, how you want to handle urges the next time. And, better post 50 posts in here how and why you feel the way you feel... better that! than keeping on the old habbit. Break it down! Hunt it! Kill it! Destroy it! Be more brutal to it and to yourself, than you ever were! This addiction will trick you day by day... you must be stronger, tougher and smarter than this shit! But you can! find your higher goal! Why is your heart beating minute by minute?

You can do it bro! Shout, cry, laugh, jump, run, write, sing, meditate... do whatever it takes - as long as you want to change it.

All of us can be stronger than this big neuron street in our brain! Let´s turn a highway into a road, into a country road and then step by step into a field path that consists only of huge crumbling stones and where nobody wants to go along.

Man! :D you are like me! nearly every 7 days I do a run and a workout in the heat wave (with a lot of water in my bag), and I enjoy it so much!

I can only agree. Especially no dating apps, no tinder or something ... all nonsense. We will all sooner or later find the woman for us (or she will find us), but now we have to use all our energy to get our life in a completely and new form.

I think you are welcome! Welcome back on track man!

Legend Bermalux! we are in this together, and will pull each other over the finish line just as in Spartan Racing! Maybe that would be a great hobby to replace this habit!

Couldn't agree more with your comments on all!

Loizaman, it's all good mate! Just keep getting back up. I am going to challenge you, personally, to get through 5 days without PMO. I really want to see you make it, and I reckon it will be easier from that point. You can do it mate. Don't let me down :)
