34 M - PMO Addict - 60 MG Adderall / day and it’s like PMO on stereoids !

Literally PMO is ruining my life !
2 times a day for the past 20 years now! I can’t sleep without masturbating - it became a habit

I just discovered the nofap community and i am so excited - It’s really hard to share this problem with anyone.
Long story short:

Been on Adderall for the past 4 years - I take 60 mg per day
Usually Adderall decreases the libido or that’s what they say- for me it puts it on steroids !
It drives me crazy - I start watching porn and I get wired on porn !
And god forbid if i smoke some weed at night - I can fap 3-4 times back to back.
It feels good at the moment but

Once Done:
I am in a shitty mood !!
Angry at everything and anyone
Adderall stop working completely -
Actually it’s worse - cause I can’t concentrate at all anymore -
I start getting weird tangling feeling in my head
I get tired physically
I start binging on sugar like there is no tomorrow
I avoid social interactions

And every time once i feel like doing it - I start convincing myself that this time I won’t have any negative effects - Nd I fall into the cycle again !

Nd when I over do it - I start feeling light headed - kind of having a seratonin toxicity
