Hi family, Day 8 here. Feeling strong, has been not so difficult this time around. I have gotten blessed to have a pretty easy streak. This happens very rarely that a man will get a window of opportunity that is golden and he can accrue many days back to back. Its important not to mess such an opportunity up. I have never been able to accrue more than 22 days straight in my entire life, that is my current streak. But I feel confident that I can defeat No Nut november. I work from home and rarely go out so the temptations are few to see sexy woman. As long as I dont see sexy woman I have rarely thought of sex or PMO this week. Also I have the porn blocker on my PC via hosts file

Im very lonely. Havent slept with a woman in over 1 year. Spent the whole year smoking weed and isolating at home like a hermit. But sadly I have not improved myself enough to be worthy of asking any woman out on a date. I havent even been going to the gym or eating properly so its gonna take a few months at least for me to be in any condition to ask a woman to dance

A lot of men in our time have lowered our expectations of ourselves, and we seem very surprised that women aren't willing to lower their expectations as well. It's not self-deprecation to recognize this so don't let it depress you; in fact recognizing that you can and should be a better person is what true self-esteem should look like.

Focus on the self-improvement, not the dating. You'll find women are often attracted to a focused, self-possessed man. I met my wife at a time when I had sworn off dating for a few months to focus on my life goals, so I can tell you first hand that it works.

Currently on day 20 of no PMO. All i can say personally is... it gets easier with time? The first week was hell for me since i suddenly have nothing to do. But now i rarely have the urge to open porn and masturbate. We got this guys!
