Proud of you taking action.
Day 3, quick check in.
Day 15. Failed to quit the CBD. Aborting that plan for now.
What happened with cbd? I use it some days to help me relax without PMO. If it makes it easier for you to PMO, then I’d stop it.
Checking in, Day 1. I screwed up again. Will hopefully post more in my journal.
Checkin in. Day 4 and juice fasting too. I feel healthier and easier to stay sober when I eat healthy and avoid PMO. Juice fasting is helping me.
thank you bro!
i was looking at the counters, it looks like exactly what we went through together just a couple of a years ago lol back to the same place, hopefully wiser now
nice man! I love it
juice fasting sounds great
I have been having a full month, moving to Mexico a new life a lot to figure out.
First, when I moved here to Mexico in a tropical place, it was challenging as my mind was constantly catching body parts of women, but after a month my eyes are now adjusted and they can just walk by and it does get stuck as much.
there are so many beautiful women everywhere here it is like normal life, and it is becoming more and more natural to see beautiful and attractive women, to the point that it is becoming totally chill.
Have been going on a few dates and connecting to a few women, it's fun getting to know them.
i noticed right when i meet someone my mind keeps thinking about sex, but im learning to focus more on getting to connect and be curious as to how to be a joyful being and share my joy
Had a challenge with smoking exaggerates again, its like I get super healthy and fit and feel like a rock star then i go buy a cigarette to enjoy a few chill cigarettes but within a few days, I feel like crap. and i get it. aheadache.
So I started a new No Smoking journal just like i did with porn, and I just keep journaling when i relapse and keep noting and learning.
the best thing is every pain is bringing me more into my prayer and meditation life, which is the one thing that brings me peace and inner joy always.
Checking in on day 13 of my journey. Trying to keep away from all things undesirable.
The CBD edibles I make have almost a 1% THC content so I actually get a mild stone from them because I am very sensitive to THC and with normal weed I get high from taking a single hit.
Day 16 here. I notice my testicles are swollen and hard/firm. Never seen that before.
I was able to check off another milestone in my signature today. I am now 45 days free! I am noticing that I have a abundance of energy now. I am able to do my work in the morning with our business and then most evenings I go out and take some DoorDash orders. That has been really fun and has helped me in my path to rediscovering life.
day 28 for me atm.
Lately been having a hard time every morning... the closer i get with my GF, the greater the urge to do something arises...
I'm thinking of going no PMO for 45 days and just change to no PM after that for an indefinite duration... any thoughts about this?
Yeah in my opinion the point of semen retention is when you are without a partner but if I had GF myself I would not hold back on having sex.
Today is Day 17 for me. Still with these uncomfortable firm testicles. THis phenomenon started on Day 14 I think. My nuts are not accustomed to go this long without releasing. I sure hope I dont become one of those guys that has a wet dream.
Initially before i even know what PMO stands for, i found in reddit about death grip. There, someone shared that it took them 45 days to somehow get rid of death grip. Then when i stumbled upon this website, I discovered that there’s PIED as well.
so I’m just wondering if i can do 45 days of NoFap, and will go on with no porn. Is it enough to get rid of death grip? I’m still a bit traumatized with PIED as well :/
Day 30 for me. 15 more days of no O!
I fell at day 19, porn-sub + MO and release. Was from alot of stress going on in my life
Hang in there and keep fighting. Look for the things that triggered you and put things in place to prevent this from happening to you in the future.
Checking in day 7. Hang in there everybody.
