Checking in. Still PMO free. Had more difficulty with temptations and cravings lately while on vacation.

 

I’ve turned off the Internet Because I feel a little overwhelmed. Negative thoughts. I will have to Rummage around for the Wi-Fi password.

I don’t feel a Particularlystrong urge; It’s just the old hardwire in the brain is leading me down that corridor. I’m trying hard to close the door, and create a new path.

Checking in. Had a rough few days with urges, but I feel good today. I think the tanks were full again (sorry @WilBil99 had to steal that one lol, I was dying when I read that). And it's beautiful day so I will be busy trimming trees and cutting firewood. Have a blessed day my friends

Reset today after a 12-day streak, which I haven't reached since May, so I'm glad about that, but not happy I'm back to zero. I had huge sleep issues last night and was stymied by the project I'm working on. Leaving for the gym now, determined for a longer streak.
