    Good morning all, just checking in. I've been on leave this week, so have been doing lots of work outside and in the garden.

    The little voice is in the back of my head, but I'm managing to ignore it for now. I'm going to stay active and hopefully that will keep it in check!

    I'm going to make it through tonight. I'm consulting for this client of mine. It's separate from my work. I have these moments where I get tons of work done. And then weeks of nothing . I feel like a fraud. I have to make up reasons when I resurface porn free for a week and explain the past week. That's where I am tonight. Thinking about how to explain the last 2 weeks.

    I need to take the online course for work. It's 24 hours. I started a week ago on Friday. I thought I'd have it done by now. Instead I'm 1 hour into it. That contributed to a lot of my porn time in the last week. Everyone assumed I was working on this course when I was really using porn. Glad I just missed having this as issue in college 25 years ago.
    So now a week has gone by and I'm basically nowhere in this course. I'm going to try to make this weekend count and actually get through much of it.
    I'll hit 1 day sometime later today.

    I am going to try to go for a different approach. Where I will just try to stop PORN and fantasy based orgasm will be ok. I think this might give me some success and then can build up to going off MO as well.

    Hello again , and thank's for you response.This week was a little different for me.Stores are open again here so i had the chance to go out for a coffe and a drink and meet some people after a a long time.I made some contacts for a new job which most propably i will refuse atm but these are signs that i am coming back to reality.
    Yesterday i tried to sit on my studio again after a month or so when i had to deliver a track.I could't find inspiration and i knew nothing good is going to come out of this but i tried to stay and mess around with my gear just to start getting back on track.In fact after finishing with my replies here i am going back again today.

    So yeah i think the lockdown had a huge impact on me.I am 38 to 39 but i am not married and my life looks like more to a 25-30 years old man.I still enjoying be very social and interact with other people,friends and women (even during the periods when i was really deep into my P addiction).On the first days of lockdown i tried to do exactly what you described on your post but at some point i completelly lost it.I started to relapse in regural basis and i got disappointed with myself.That feeling effected my mood really bad but i coudn't see any way out.I though the lockdown will be a productive and mindfull period for me and i failed.

    I try to keep track on my daily activities but i can't keep a strict schedule like you do.I know it is suggested from psychologists but this is not working for me.Instead what i did is installing an app on my phone with 23 different things that i like to do or i think i HAVE to do and i am trying to do at least 9-11 of them (some of them could take hours like reading a book or sitting on my studio).One of them is the no PM activity :p
    This is helping me monitor my life better and make patterns about my habits.For example i've noticed when i smoke weed daily like i did during lockdown or when i relapse it's more difficult ro reach the limit of 9 of them.

    You are right about the challenges.Compering my life before my pm addiction (3-4 years back) and now i know that lately i choose the easy way to do things even for staff i enjoy doing and the worst thing is that even if it looks better it's not.You can't get satisfaction this way you have to put challenges to give a meaning.

    I noticed that writing staff here or my diary helps me clear my thougths and understand many thing about myself so maybe i will start writing more staff about how i am doing here.I really hope i don't annoy anyone with that and no i will not make this thread my journal ;).

    That's the most importand part of you last post, you helped me realise once again what i was doing wrong during this period , i have to remember that!

    I am happy for your streak, you are one of the oldest members and we had a few conversations at the past so it's easy for me to notice your progress.You are doing very well.Personally i thing once you broke the psychological limit of 30 days you already have a big win.It's up to you to invest more on that now but after this streak i am sure you can find your way more easy because you already are enjoying the benefits of more clear thought at this point.I mean i started noticing it after 10 days so i can't even emagine how good it feels after 40.

    I still remember how the members list was after the first days of lockdown.Almost all of us were like shit here and sadly i saw some good streaks break.After the lockdown stoped this Monday i think i am getting better.How do you feel these days?
    Any signs of recovering?I noticed that you post less than you use to here.Same thing happened with me and it has a bad impact.I tend to forget it but i know coming here regurarly could be a big help.

    Hello guys, this thing is a little out of topic but i am really curious about that.
    I keep following the news about what is happening in USA this days.I am trying to get a clear image about what is happening with the protests and the riots but these days with the hoaxes and the propaganda from every direction it's hard to realise what is really happening on the other side of the planet (and we are supposed to live in the information area..lol).
    So can anyone tell as what is really going on there without any prejudices and involving any political views?Maybe you could tell as if that is effecting you on your fight against PM as well.

    I realise that some people may feel like they want to keep this thread strictly about PM here so direct messaging me and talk about this in private is perfectly fine for me and it could be a good distruction and a reason to come here more often for a few days.

  18. I definitely have opinions about it but I would rather avoid politics in this thread. There are forums on this site of off-topic discussions. I'll just say the media has an agenda they push here in the US which keeps people divided and fighting with each other, interpret that however you like.

You and the other guys have some amazing streaks going and, to be honest, I don't feel worthy of being a group member with the miserable record I have had since starting the group. I'm glad you guys find this group helpful and I will continue to maintain it as long as people are interested. A new month is upon us, I am committing to a nofap June.

    Great decision invig! This has worked very well for me in terms of getting back on track. Once you do this, it will be much easier to go all the way to no PMO. Notice how I have a separate no P counter in my signature. You will need to keep your counter at no PM in order to stay in this group though, and you can manually maintain the no P counter in your signature every day.

    Take a look at the See the World Challenge (link in my signature), which is specifically for no P and nothing else. I think it can help and make the process more interesting.
