Reseting today...not been doing very well of late. Reset today. I got some stressful news and then I had unexpected time alone. Again, this is an explanation, not an excuse. I'm working on some positive self-talk to help me deal with stress.

 

Alight then…I’ve read the rules, agreed, LFG! I’m 39, porn for….damn, like 25-30 years. I’ve been on here a few times in the years past, with zero success. I’m pretty ADD so I get distracted and focus on other things easily, then focus on some other random things and then, well, I forget wtf I’m doing or at least the level of my previous commitment to no porn. So tired of feeling sleazy, and disappointed, and anxious about it afterwords. Ya’ll know the drill…..oh ye I’ll turn tracker on, if I can find it
