Checking In. Day 89.

Took rest from the workout since last 3 days. Because my back neck hot hurt while sleeping. So, I think best idea to take rest from workout so it doesn't hurt more.

Absolutely. It's very easy to lose focus right after hitting a milestone.

 

Day 1.

 

Checking in here…well I made it through my first week. Thanks to everyone on here, especially @artifact , as I wouldn’t have done it without being part of the group. I’m keeping going as long as I can, but not taking anything for granted

 

Day 7.

Had a very rough night last night. Saw some psubs on a tv show, then spent 3 hours trying to get to sleep, but the fantasies keeping me awake. Held on though and finally fell asleep, still feel pretty amped up this morning but way better than last night.

 

Urges were strong today, I was stronger and overcame them.

going Well- staying off as much multimedia as possible, minimal YouTube and social media without living in a cave. .

 

Day 8. Will not check in for the next couple of days, out with some friends for the weekend. Shouldn't be an issue to keep the streak going though... worked through a massive wave yesterday, so should be smooth sailing for at least the next week.

 

Not sure what the deal is but I had a solid few days of little to no interest in any sort of sexual thought or desire. Of course, it came back, but it was great while it lasted. I'm hoping it becomes a more regular thing. Good luck to everyone for the rest of the week.
