    Thanks my friend, I think that’s everybody’s wish. I was thinking as I was asking the question about some aspects to your environment or something that trips you up on a regular basis.
    One of the things I wish I could change is the easy access to porn online. 20 years ago, you had to go to a CD bookstore or dodgy video store and pay money if anyone wanted to watch porn.
    For others, it might be the gym where they are going to where there are too many girls or some other trigger that’s possible to change.
    Or something as being able to put the phone down for four hours and not touch it

    Thanks for the encouragement dude. :D

    To be honest I'm not that worried about all these resets... I was just sick for a full week, and only just started recovering the last few days. I think I pushed myself a bit too much trying to start a new streak at the same time, and the end result was my sickness dragged on a few days extra, and I ended up resetting every day or two anyway. :p

    I am generally a bit loathe to give myself a "holiday period" from NoFap for any reason, as that might lead to excessive resetting... but then again, I needed to focus totally on getting better, so it's was a weird catch-22 situation. :( Ultimately though, I think that trying to keep NoFap going actually led to more resets, and way more porn, than if I had just told myself "reset when you want to, it's not a big deal" while I got better.

    As soon as I am 100% better though, will get straight back into it. :D

    I suppose it would be to have a family rather than being single. I know the grass is always greener and all that but I think it would give me more focus in life.

    Check Day two

    umm.... let me see.... after a few days your body will rebuild Zinc of nutrients down there to a point you'll feel its got juice. At the same time this is when the fight starts, whats noticeable to me (after data experiences) if you could make it out after the 3rd or 4th day you shoud be in the clear until 8th and 9th.

    You cant always win the war fighting with yourself but you can start by winning one battle at a time !

    on hard days just "Stay OUTside" all day dont come back in front of computer alone. You can walk, gym, biking, hiking, library, mall, lounge, hookah bar, get work done or whatever that spot maybe.

    This is not a permanent thing you'll be doing every time but hey "lets take it a day at a time and see what works" no need to over think anything. While your doing this try not to get distracted and avoid the noise.

    maybe pickup a new hobby like photography. nowadays your phone can do anything. Dating site Bumble and facebook dating ?!?!

  15. Started my day off by going to the dentist and having two root canals. After which my day has been riddled with nearly nonstop annoyances. Thankfully haven't had the urge to self-satisfy in response. Maybe I finally popped the extinction bubble. Let's hope this is the case. Lately I've been thinking a lot, FML!

    Checking in. Things have been ok the last couple of days after a challenging few days which is good. I still have the same approach with my recovery. Surender it over to God in the morning first thing, pray asking for help with my addictions, meditate, daily readings, post in journal, gratitude, commit to a day of not using. Get on with my day. Evening prayer and give thanks for a clean day, post in journal. It might sound a lot but its not, there is a lot more time in the day when not living in active addiction and getting up earlier is much easier when I am not using.

    Chicking in , i slipped , edging on youtube, was frustrated, stressed, concrend about my father's health, and other stuff.

    I have that annoying feeling when i have free time after i do my tasks, (work, courses, Side gig, exercise.) I still feel the guilt for having that free time which is putting extra stress , where i won't feel satisfied about myself if i don't have anything to do, and that is sabotaging my progress.

    Note: I will not reset my counter as it will lead to some serious benging afterwards.
