I am 35 years old. I have been addicted to fapping and porn since I was 14 years old. I am now spending money on it sometimes and preferred live shows. Whenever I am alone I have this thought to fap then for sure regret it for a short time (sometimes an hour or two!) until the thought comes again.
I want to stop. I feel it sexualized my thinking in every aspect and it feels like cheating especially with the live shows, in addition to burning my hard earned money..
That is me and I need to end it!
