    I don’t know if I really just want a real bro to talk to who is similar to me, or what. But definitely have a compulsion to jerk online with other dudes and I totally know it’s not good.     Idk bro, I tried taking data off my phone but I need it for work. I will do super great for a while and then just get a huge urge again. Trying to reframe the way I think about it all but it’s been a slow process lol.

    Yeah I use my phone for work too. I have the same cycle. I’ll go for weeks or even months and then lose control.
