Relapsed last night. So disappointed in myself and it wasn’t worth it at all after my longest streak in 2 months (14 days). I need to start treating every NoFap streak like it’ll be my last. We only get so many opportunities

Didn't feel any urges today and I was active.

It's been 2 days.

 

I MO'd last night. So I'm going to reset my counter back to 0. I don't feel bad about it. I actually feel really good. I was much harder than I've ever been. I didn't need P. I don't feel any chaser effect. I just feel good. I am also not embarrassed, and I don't feel this is a relapse. I have gained so much over the last 180 days. I feel the next 180 days are going to be much easier than the last 180 days.
