  2. Day 3- Fulfilled my initial milestone of 3 days NoPMO. Next milestone 5 days. I have decided to use prime numbers from now on as my milestone targets to make it more interesting and fun in addition to setting smaller mini goals that keep me motivated. NoFap does not have to be all so serious all the time.

    Do you have access to a gym? Not a bad time for a workout. Lately I've been doing some intervals of sprinting and walking to blow off steam. Riding a bicycle or a long walk can also be really therapeutic.

    That's a good idea .. I will construct a calisthenics workout and will add sprinting too
