"A memory without the emotional charge is called wisdom."
Can you accept the notion that once you change your internal state, you don’t need the external world to provide you with a reason to feel joy, gratitude, appreciation, or any other elevated emotion?
I'm taking this time to create my day and I'm infecting the quantum field. Now if (it) is in fact the observer's watching me the whole time that I'm doing this and there is a spiritual aspect to myself, then show me a sign today that you paid attention to any one of these things that I created, and bring them in a way that I won't expect, so I'm as surprised at my ability to be able to experience these things. And make it so that I have no doubt that it's come from you,' and so I live my life, in a sense, all day long thinking about being a genius or thinking about being the glory and the power of God or thinking about being unconditional love.
We should never wait for science to give us permission to do the uncommon; if we do, then we are turning science into another religion.
And can you teach your body emotionally what it would feel like to believe in this way . . . to be empowered . . . to be moved by your own greatness . . . to be invincible . . . to have courage . . . to be in love with life . . . to feel unlimited . . . to live as if your prayers are already answered? . . .
Meditating is also a means for you to move beyond your analytical mind so that you can access your subconscious mind. That’s crucial, since the subconscious is where all your bad habits and behaviors that you want to change reside.
Your thoughts and feelings come from your past memories. If you think and feel a certain way, you begin to create an attitude. An attitude is a cycle of short-term thoughts and feelings experienced over and over again. Attitudes are shortened states of being. If you string a series of attitudes together, you create a belief. Beliefs are more elongated states of being and tend to become subconscious. When you add beliefs together, you create a perception. Your perceptions have everything to do with the choices you make, the behaviors you exhibit, the relationships you chose, and the realities you create.
If you want a new outcome, you will have to break the habit of being yourself, and reinvent a new self.
Your thoughts are incredibly powerful. Choose yours wisely
In my view being open and honest makes one feel better , and releases additional stress and thoughts. It makes one to be lighter
You have one more experience to learn to apply . One step closer to your goal .
Glad you are feeling more stable and better than before.
You did a great job.
Nearly killed it. Doubled the last streak.
And it is the feeling of your body that matter more which is better and more stable than the past.
Within a 2 or 3 days you will reach to that state again.
Keep up the good work bro. You can reach the best state of your body.
You did a great job.
Keep learning every day. As our friend Dr Jekyll said to me before.
It is the body state that matters most not the numbers.
And keep meditate every day . It release your body from additional blocks and feelings and thoughts till the point you have this freedom of thoughts from your body.
A body that is feels and thoughts and see differently than the addictive one.
Now, I feel and see differently than my past when I watch girls in street .
I think my attitude toward sex has change, I think sex is just for reproduction and we don't need it. Yes , as we make love with our beloved one it's chaser effect makes us go further and further till one becomes addicted to sex and subsequently see the world differently. But until one do not enter into intimacy and having sex, one is free from and don't need to endure the withdrawal effects to be free.
I hope it helps.
Attitude and belief is the most important things one have a control over them to pick and it affect the quality of every facet of life.
Sex is just for reproduction , we don't need it .As Gundhi quoted.
Keep up the good work bro.

Great to have you, welcome!
Yes, overall I feel like I'm picking up where I left off. One "problem" that I have is that I never get wet dreams, so that pressure release never happens. I guess it's a two edged sword, in that those who do have them wished they did not! Over time, it has gotten better slowly, as the body adjusts to retaining instead of releasing (emphasis on the word 'slowly' - ice ages may have thawed more quickly!)
It's good to have you here on this journey, my brother.
Day 38 started to feel positive changes
Check in 85!
Great job!! Impressive!!
The deepest principle in human nature is the craving to be appreciated.
Nothing is so fatiguing as the eternal hanging on of an uncompleted task.
I am done with great things and big things, great institutions and big success, and I am for those tiny, invisible molecular moral forces that work from individual to individual, creeping through the crannies of the world like so many rootlets, or like the capillary oozing of water, yet which if you give them time, will rend the hardest monuments of man's pride.
To perceive the world differently, we must be willing to change our belief system, let the past slip away, expand our sense of now, and dissolve the fear in our minds,
Anything you may hold firmly in your imagination can be yours.
Our view of the world is truly shaped by what we decide to hear.
Begin to be now what you will be hereafter.
Good-humor is a philosophic state of mind; it seems to say to Nature that we take her no more seriously than she takes us. I maintain that one should always talk of philosophy with a smile.
Back on track! Problem is I woke up with a throbbing headache and until now it has not subsided. I didn't sleep too well. On the positive, I have broken the binge cycle.
Back to basics of what got me to a long streak. Meditation and deep breathing to reduce my anxiety by helping me to be mindful. Prayer and Bible study. Exercise. Cold showers. Reading personal development books. Contributing in the NoFap forums.
I stopped doing these things slowly by slowly and i didn't even realize it.
Yeah...I had similar thoughts of just quitting NoFap for good and deleting my account. I can't quit just yet. Thanks for the encouragement!
