    I completely empathise with you about the 365 number being overwhelming and that way of thinking caused me to screw up too after completing the 90 day challenge.

    However,I am in a different mindset now thanks to some of the group members' help and the realization that the last time I had relapsed,I had written all negative comments about what I was seeing.

    Therefore the power of the pen in essence helped me say goodbye to wasting my time and affecting my health.

    I like your idea of splitting up this challenge into parts,because I am a great believer of setting small goals that I increment,so good luck with part 1.

    Day 48/90, This is the first time I've been living without PMO so long. Let me tell you, My steak definitely keep going and Trust me, your life will be changed. Don't watch stupid videos. Spending amount of time on building up friends, family, relationships, romantic interests, hobbies... I always stand by you when you're in trouble everyone. Standing up and never give up. We are the best, don't think in the past, keep moving in the future. Love y'all

    You can do this! After several miss-starts, I took on 90 days and that helped. I went to about 95 days, then relapsed because I didn't have a solid support plan on where to go next. So then I started the 90 days again and after a few relapses, I managed to accomplished it again. But this time I knew I had to have a solid plan to keep me going, so I immediately started the 365 that I'm on now.

    This is my first streak with nofap. I often hear from others that they relapse multiple times. What causes so many to relapse?

  10. He he...My hell week ended on the previous day so it is time to relax and let my body recover. I agree I put too much on my list but I now have a better understanding of what my actual limits are. Keep going strong brother!

    I was knocked out from too much work and challenge yesterday and only slept. I am holding strong in my pursuit and i successfully went through the day 9-13 barrier where strong desires arise because the body is strong in ejecting it’s load. I know this pattern. I developed the 9-12 day unload.

    I made 5% now of the 365. I only have to maintain this 20x and I have it.

    I saw in other posts others are fapping but no porn. Seems everyone setsdifferent goals. For me it’s being off any activity except sex with my wife. Not even havinganything in my mind. Also sex not before I hit 35 days and only once. I want these patterns and thinking completely off my mind and that my new pattern of my body release is not 9-13 days anymore butestablishes to 35 days. That’s why I don’t want more sex than once a month for now.
