It might be true that most men have a lot of sexual fantasies, but that doesn't make it a healthy or happy way of life. I hear that in Russia, alcoholism is, or was, the typical condition of men, resulting in early death. A few decades ago, most people in the U.S. smoked, and many died of lung cancer well before their time. Point is, don't look at what most people do and think that is how you have to be.
