You are in a vicious circle, but there is a way to break this and the benefits will be so worth it!
You mentioned you are on the skinny side and afraid to talk to girls.Well you have a chance to start looking better, feel more confident and soon able to converse easily with girls.
Here's how you can achieve this and stop the destructive behavior you are doing to yourself and to those that love you.
When you have urges, you need to do some push ups,any exercise for that matter and if you can,go for a walk or a run .All this exercise will change your physique, will give you a natural dopamine rush and make you more confident to talk to people and girls.
You can be honest with girls and say Hey how's it going? Then you can say that you are bit shy around people, but you want to change so you can have more friends.Obviously this is just an idea but, asking them for advice here will certainly make them feel good!So it's a win win. Also saying nice things to others and offering to help will make you more popular.
You can also use the environment to start up a conversation, but respect people and stop trying to prove you are good enough to people, make them show you they are worthy of your friendship.
Do your chores even offer before being asked to help and enjoy helping your parents who love you. When you help out,you will learn respect and earn respect too!
Solve problems instead of running from them and using porn.It ruins your dopamine receptors so you require more to give you the same dopamine rush you had before. This is why rewiring is so important so you can be happy again by small things!
Remember there are always worse off people than you. Some of whom can not see or walk but still want to smile and make the most of what they have.
