    Checking in on another day. Yesterday i missed. I was so tired that after reading to my daughter i fell right asleep. Im pretty sure i have sleep apnea. My father and brother both do and im always kind of tired/ sleepy. One day at a time.

    Day 11 Cold showers
    Day 11 Exercise: Getting back to good form; Biceps[Bicep Dumbbell Curls 4*10 10 kg]; Back[Dumbbell Rows 4*8 25 kg;] Abs and Core [Bicycle Crunches 2 sets*20 reps, Plank 2 sets * 30 seconds, Leg Raises 1 set * 10 reps]
    Day 11 Meditation: Mindfulness Meditation 15 mins
    Day 7 Reading: The Now Habit pg 97 of 182; Cultivating Male Sexual Energy page 41 of 328

    Wow.Well done!!I used to use dumbbells all the time when working out,but recently I just train with resistance bands that don't put the same sort of pressure on your joints that external weights, like dumbbells and kettlebells, do. They're also great for targeting smaller stabilizing muscles that you may not typically work,effective and light to carry. Try incorporating these into your training which take no time to set up.
