day 1, only 364 to go
I like this. Improvement, not perfection. I keep a battle tracker using a calendar of my overall journey and my success rate this year is 73% and hope to improve to 80% by the end of the year!
Talk about a lack of energy. Losing a lot of semen is just detrimental to the body but at least I survived yesterday. The chaser effect is real. I have set a new target of 80 days because that is when I will turn 34. Let's see how it goes!
[DAY 3/365] Done. My third step towards freedom.
Ill be with my daughter today so im checking in early and commiting to go to any lengths to stay pmo free today. One day at a time.

Quick check-in @ 132 days.
You're gonna hit 300 buddy. Do it!

I decided to get back to basics and destroy my victim's mentality anyway.
Exercise: 100 weighted pushups (10 kg)
Mindfulness Meditation 15 mins
Listening to David Goggins speak on youtube for 20 mins
Taken a cold shower
After doing the above, I now feel mentally ready to take on the challenge of the day.
Thanks! Setting smaller goals work. I set a target of 80 days this time to see whether the thought of being a year older would be motivation enough. I am like I don't want to turn 34 and I am still struggling. My mind has a funny way of reasoning
