Im going to stay off the site for a while. I feel its disrespectful to keep going back and forth. When i get serious about stopping ill check in.
Unfortunately, I am back to ground zero. I guess I 'rewarded' myself for all the hard work I had put in. The urge to watch porn was so high. I think I implanted that thought days ago and this is the result. That a relapse starts days in advance is a wake-up call for me. My target now is just to go today without watching porn and binging. That's it! Rebuild momentum and also go back to the drawing board.
Day 5.. 360 to go

I want to know whether nightfall is considered relapse,???
Day 10 checkin, spent the entire day studying again. Some weeks ago i was reading a book about self decipline but i stopped reading it before till the end and i want to read it again since i believe it will be of great benefit for me to go far in this challange. I'm thinking on starting reading it again after my exam which is soon.
In my opinion, nightfall is not relapse. Isn't it involuntary?
I am glad I didn't engage in a binge-fest. However, the erotic images are difficult to dismiss from my thought process. The next target is just to go 2 days without pmo.
