Day 2, checking in. Focussing on the more productive stuff, what with the lockdown and all.
83 days completed.
Day 2 for yesterday and Day 3 for today.
Day - 123/365....
Day 3, checking in.
One interesting thing I've read recently in a book on recovery (a general one) was that in order to recover you have to avoid not only the addictive behavior itself, but other mood changers too. There was an example of a cocaine addict who apparently does not have any problems with alcohol, but whose alcohol consumption eventually leads him to relapse, even if he doesn't drink much. Reminds me of my experience with PMO.
Day 0/365 journey starts March 21, 2020 and I’ll reach my goal March 21, 2021. Then I’ll keep going
I relapsed guys, it happened last night (Friday early morning) around 12:00 A.M. I was getting tons of urges these last few days ESPECIALLY Yesterday. Yesterday was the hardest day for me when it came to the urges, they were getting very strong. Unfortunately I could not control them so I gave in to porn last night. And it was just a pretty tough day for me overall. These last 11 days of my streak have been up and down for me. My mood was all over the place, some days I was feeling alright and some days I was feeling like complete garbage. I’m really disappointed in myself for relapsing but I’m not trying to beat myself over that. I’m not going to take a break or give up either, I’m going to get right back on the horse and keep it moving. I’m gonna learn from this mistake so hopefully I’ll control myself better this time. At the same time, I’m proud of myself because I nearly completed 2 weeks of no PMO. This was the first time I ever got to 11 days on a streak.
Day 0 on this challenge today. Day 0 of No PMO today. (Starting from 5:00 A.M. Saturday Morning.)
DAy 482 of 365. I haven't been here in a while but wanted to give an update. I've gone over a year and decided to keep on going. Who's with me?
Day 2 of the 365 challenge. Start today, Start Small. Don't bind yourself to numbers, keep enjoying the road!
It is so important to replace masturbation with something productive, we shouldn't focus on avoiding masturbation but rather we must focus on a productive alternative.
84 days completed.
Thanks I'm doing my best to progress.
Day 4, feeling PMO withdrawal but I am not going to break. Not this time.
Congrats on reaching 11 days. Take this relapse as a learning experience to get you even further next time. The worst thing we can do is give up and stop fighting. Keep your head up and you'll reach your goal soon!
Congratulations bro, keep on going!
