1 day complete!
The recent death of my brother took has taken a heavy toll on me and I have struggled with PMO for the last 4 days. However, I cannot slide into the depths of depression and PMO addiction of last year. I have to get my life together and learn to cope with grief in a more healthy way.
120 days! Really easy to control the urges. The real challenge for me right now during this Covid19 confinement is to motivate myself everyday by staying active while I'm at home. I'm getting lazy sometimes... I guess I'm not the only one lol
sorry 121 days
Going strong, and even stronger each day.
121=11*11 days completed.
In case you didnt know it: You can always edit your post and change sth if you made a mistake. At the bottom of your post there is a symbol with a little pencil with "edit" on it. It's good to see we are still on the same day, tomorrow it's gonna be 1/3 of the journey
Day 26, checking in.
Yes I know thanks for the info but it's my fault, I didn't count the days right! Yes we're still on point and not ready to quit. 1/3 is done, 2/3 to go and then we can say we're free from this bondage but we can't stop there. The goal here is to never go back to PMO ever! Congrats on your achievements
Checking in on day 23 no pmo.A personal best!!
Day 5 of my 200 daily push up challenge too.
Keep pushing yourselves.
Congrats on your achievement.
