Hey! Thanks for checking up on me. I appreciate it. I have struggled a little recently. I have 8 days under my belt at the moment. I am out of the emotional funk that I was in.

I see you are a month in. It is really encouraging to see that you never give up. Keep up the fighting spirit!

Day 14/365. I'm actually currently on day 165. Everything is going fine except for the urges. I dont get much temptations and stuff. But the (M) urges are really difficult.

31 days completed. I am glad that my last relapse doesn't seem to have started a relapse cycle. I was very worried about that.
