    Day 25

I was having huge urges and I was about to relapse, But I didn't. I remember that one relapse is not okay, If I can go for 90 days with NoPMO, I'm no way relapse at just 25 days. I don't care what others say, but I will stick to my belief about the NoFAP, and won't relapse at any cost.

121 really thought this time would not come and now I'm well over 3 digits and just rolling along. Yep it's not easy but it is at least consistent. It gives me great pleasure to turn up here and hit like on all the others who are still just adding a day at a time and heading on out there into longer and longer streaks and better and better ways of living. Keep going all, glad to be on the road with you.

was having some urges so hit the panic button a few times and stumbled across this:

This is a simple and powerful tool that Yale Professor Judson Brewer recommends for skilfully handling our urges.
"With addicts, we use a RAIN acronym. We get them to:

R - Recognize what craving feels like.
A - Allow it to be present without pushing it away, allow it to come up, do its dance and fade away.
I - Investigate what craving feels like in my body right now with curiosity.
N - Note craving as it comes and goes along with tension, yearning, and tightness in the body.

We have found in our research that the more these addicts practice this approach, the more skillful they become at 'urge surfing,' or ride out their urges without acting on them."
~ Judson Brewer, M.D., Ph.D., Assistant Professor (Adjunct) of Psychiatry; Medical Director, Yale Therapeutic Neuroscience Clinic
