Day 153. A long and busy day. Hopefully will get some time tomorrow to rest a bit.

Day 100, a good day overall. I had a big oral exam today and weirdly , I didn't stress. I used to be stuck in fear but since I've been doing nofap, I feel less stress on a daily basis.
However, I don't know if this reduction of stress is due to the nofap itself, or if it's linked to the gain of self-confidence generated by the nofap.

 

Day 155. A pretty good day, although a busy one and pretty exhausted again.

Some temptation and elevated urges a bit due to doing IF. That's it.

Of course, this is motivating me recently lol. I watched Wakanda Forever already. It was good and interesting. I still like the first film both T'Challa and the main two songs that I shown here. To fight the war against PMO. I am a warrior.
