Day 61. Day didn’t start off very well, but got better towards the evening so that’s something at least.

Day 62. Tough day.

Day 8, I still feel tired, no libido and I rest to get energy

Day 63. Was a decent day, got some things done.

Day 9, sick, drained of energy

Day 64. Another long day, but got a vacation next week so hopefully can take some time off.

Day 10, still sick and no motivation. I use my free time to better understand the positive aspects of nofap

Day 65. Was a decent day, but very tiring.

Day 11. Sudden surge of energy, I can now become aggressive and show my masculinity when needed

Day 66. Didn’t sleep well and was the last work day before vacation, so just had to drag myself through.

Day 12. A bit tiring but overall a good day.

Day 67. Just wasn’t a good day. Feel like everything that could, went wrong. Just hope tomorrow is gonna be better.

Day 13, I slept badly, which led to a loss of energy during the day, even if I see that the energy of the nofap compensates

Day 68. Cleared out my schedule and had a good day. Hope for the same tomorrow.

Day 14, a tiring day at work but I now have time off. I hope to recover.

Day 69. Was an okay day. Had some ups and downs.

Day 70. Was an okay day again.

Day 15, a normal day at work

Day 16, I feel like I'm done with the flatline because I had lost my libido but today I'm very attracted to real women again.

Day 71. Was a loooong day, but went well. Didn’t sleep well so was pretty tired.
